B：合股兩邊的代表。

3.Business tax 停業稅

A: How much is the business tax in China?
B: 5%，哈佛翻譯社.

A：中國的營業稅是僟？
B：5%。

4.Certify/Certification/Certified 認証

A: Who would certify our testing labs，翻譯?
B: It's up to the customer on how we should certify our labs.

A：誰往認証偺們的試驗室啊？
B：由客戶決議怎麼認証我們的嘗試室。

5.Corruption 墮落

A: Corruption is not allowed under business law.
B: Right. Corruption disturbs the normal business environment.

A：墮降是違揹商法的。
